Manga versus anime
The manga introduces Lily as an Edolas commander, reveals his history with Mystogan and relocates him to Earth-land as Gajeel's partner.
The anime preserves those foundations while expanding his fondness for kiwi fruit, sword enthusiasm and domestic comedy with the other Exceeds. His temporary large form in Earth-land has stricter limits than the permanent body he possessed in Edolas. Hiroki Tōchi voices Panther Lily in Japanese.
