Third-party ownership
Anime.org.in does not claim ownership of third-party anime artwork, screenshots, promotional visuals, character designs, titles, logos or trademarks. Those rights remain with the relevant authors, artists, studios, publishers, broadcasters, production committees and other rights holders.
Limited editorial use
A limited number of official promotional visuals may be displayed at reduced web presentation sizes to identify and discuss an anime in reviews, commentary, criticism, guides or current-affairs reporting. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or a transfer of rights to Anime.org.in.
Whether a particular use is permitted depends on its source, purpose, amount, presentation and applicable law. A credit or disclaimer is not treated as a substitute for permission where permission is required.
Sources, credits and removal controls
Every retained third-party anime visual must link to the rights-holder or official distribution source, carry an ownership notice and provide a visible image-removal option. The public credit does not grant visitors permission to download, reproduce or redistribute the image.
Media we reject
Fan art, cosplay photographs, generated depictions of protected characters, copied manga panels and files taken only from image-search results are not accepted as public editorial assets. An API URL, search result or repost is not evidence of image rights.
Removal and restriction
Rights holders and authorised representatives can request review or removal from the link displayed beside an image or by emailing copyright@anime.org.in. We may temporarily restrict an image while reviewing a credible request and record removal, replacement and source changes in the internal media audit log.
Direct removal channel
Report an image or request removal
Send the page URL, identify the image and protected work, and explain your ownership or authority to act. Credible requests can be temporarily restricted while they are reviewed.
