Best fit
Start with Crunchyroll when your shortlist is mostly anime and you want to test current seasons, dubs or subtitles title by title. It is still the wrong subscription if the next few exact seasons you want are absent in India or lack the language your household needs.
Run a five-title India test
Search five specific series or films while signed into the service from India. Record the exact season, playable episode, audio, subtitles, download control and date checked. This produces a more useful answer than a global library-size claim.
Hindi and other language checks
Crunchyroll's Hindi help page says availability is not universal. Check both the content card and in-player menu because a language listed for the overall show may not exist on every season or episode.
Offline is a plan, title and device question
A platform supporting downloads does not prove that your account, chosen title and device combination supports them. Test one episode before travel and review the documented expiry and internet-reconnection rules.
