Profile overview
Evergreen's self-presentation combines beauty, danger and ownership of fairy imagery. She once wanted the name Titania that belongs to Erza, treating identity as a status to claim. Defeat teaches her that a title is sustained by action and responsibility rather than aesthetic preference.
Stone Eyes creates immediate power through being seen, but Evergreen's development concerns how she sees other people. During the civil war guildmates become statues and bargaining pieces; afterward they gradually become companions whose choices cannot be reduced to Laxus's hierarchy.
Evergreen is a Fairy Tail mage and a member of Laxus Dreyar's Thunder God Tribe. She possesses Stone Eyes, magic that petrifies people who meet her gaze, and uses explosive fairy-themed attacks at range. During the Battle of Fairy Tail, Evergreen turns many of the guild's women to stone and uses them as leverage in Laxus's attempt to take control. Erza Scarlet resists the spell with her artificial eye and defeats her, forcing Evergreen to release the hostages. The uprising fails, but Evergreen remains beside Freed and Bickslow as they accept responsibility and continue supporting the expelled Laxus. Later stories give her a warmer place inside Fairy Tail, including a competitive and increasingly affectionate connection with Elfman Strauss.
