Profile overview
BG9 approaches conflict as information collection. Tendrils probe bodies and environments, hidden weapons answer at several ranges, and even an unexpected attack becomes data to process. The method is frightening because pain has no moral meaning inside it; injury is simply another route to a usable result.
The mechanical body creates one of the arc's deliberate unanswered questions. The story shows internal machinery and artificial speech but does not provide a complete origin or even reveal what the letter K names. A reliable profile should preserve that uncertainty instead of converting popular theories into canon.
BG9 is Stern Ritter K, an armored, mechanical Quincy sent against Squad 2 during the Wandenreich invasion. It steals Soi Fon's Bankai, Jakuho Raikoben, and later hunts Marechiyo Omaeda's family while demanding the captain's location. BG9 analyzes Soi Fon's perfected Shunko during their rematch, but loses the stolen Bankai when Kisuke Urahara's pill reaches her and is struck by the weapon it had taken.
