Profile overview
Miroku combines genuine spiritual responsibility with opportunism. He can protect a village, identify a curse and then exaggerate the same danger to secure comfortable payment. Social intelligence makes him an effective negotiator, but it also lets him rationalise manipulation.
His pursuit of women begins partly as a response to the hereditary curse and fear that his family line will end. That context explains urgency without excusing harassment or repeated violations of Sango's boundaries.
